**WARNING**

Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. It is a felony to provide false information. Please double check to see that you filled out every field. We cannot process your order if you left anything blank.

We ship anywhere in the United States. Free shipping is available on orders $49 or more. We are sorry to our International customers but we are working on a way to get you these fine products.

 

Please email us at Info@GlassArtPlus.com and we will gladly accommodate you. We will work to fix any problem you have with your order by emailing us as soon as you can. Remember, we do not accept defective, or used returned products. If you receive merchandise that is somehow broken or not as you order we request you take a photo and email us and we'll work to get you a replacement or store credit.

 

Orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days after they have been placed. All back order items will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Go to www.USPS.com and enter the tracking number send via email. Do not enter the xxxxx number, all tracking numbers start with 03 or 23.

 

Shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days for delivery (after the order has been shipped) but we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur after we have shipped the package(s), as it is then literally out of our hands.
