ORDER STATUS:

Has my order shipped?

Click the "Order Status" link in the bottom menu to check your order status. If you feel your order should have been shipped and wasn't it, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Click the "Order Status" link in the bottom menu to check your order status. Be sure that all the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays a tracking number, check with USPS to confirm if your packages have been delivered. If their status does read, delivered, please contact customer service for assistance.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at Info@GlassArtPlus.com if you wish to cancel your order. However if your order has already been processed and shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

 

An item is missing from my order!

How do I create an account?

It is quite simple, just click "Sign Up" on the top right toolbar and then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Private Policy for more information.

 

How do I edit my account information?

Click "My Account" in the top right tool bar and you will be directed to your account dashboard where you can easily edit all your information.

 

What happens if I forget my password?

All you have to do is click the link "Forgot Password?" and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your email address, and we will send you a link to change your password.

 

How do I return my package?

Please email us at Info@GlassArtPlus.com and we will gladly accommodate you. We will work to fix any problem you have with your order by emailing us as soon as you can. Remember, we do not accept defective, or used returned products. If you receive merchandise that is somehow broken or not as you order we request you take a photo and email us and we'll work to get you a replacement or store credit.

When will my order ship?

Shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days for delivery (after the order has been shipped) but we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur after we have shipped the package(s), as it is then literally out of our hands.

All our packages come in USPS Priority Mail boxes with no description on them. They mailing label will have a return address from Red Dog Black Collar to ensure your privacy.

Any order above $49.00 will receive free shipping and anything below that price will come in a $5.99 flat rate box.

Only if you are from the great state of New Jersey, otherwise there is no sales tax.

Upon request, we can include an invoice for you.


When will my credit card be charged?

Once your order is placed we will charge the credit card. We will cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled.

Are the photos the actual items for sale?

Yes, we take all our own photos in house. Each piece is unique due to the hand crafted and creative aspects of the art of glass blowing. Your glass will look very similar in shape, design and function but there will be some slight variation from piece to piece


How does the free pipe work?

On any order above $49.00, you will receive a free pipe and pipe screens! On any order $89.00, you will receive a free mini glass bubbler AND a free glass pipe. The pipes will vary from chillums to bats to small 3" assorted pipes.


How do I use a coupon code?

Upon checkout, there will be a box where you can type it the various coupon codes we provide through social media and other opportunities.
